Home Writing Pern RPGs P-FMSIG Sitemap Introduction... Hello! My name is AJ, and I am addicted to model railroading. I don't mean to make light of addiction, but I feel that I have long ago crossed the line between obsession and addiction when it comes to model railroading, and I am probably a lottery jackpot away from being featured on an episode of Hoarders. It's been a life-long passion that began when I was two or three years old and would play with my uncle's Lionel trains (1:48 or 1/4" scale) - as push toys, sans track and ZW transformer - on my grandmother's kitchen floor. I was a month shy of turning four when Santa brought me a Lionel of my own. I still have it - and some of my uncle's trains too - along with models in G (1:29), 2-rail O-scale (1:48), HO (1:87.1), N (1:160), and Z (1:220) scales. The majority of it is analogue, manufactured long before the era of Digital Command Control (DCC), but an NCE DCC system and a couple of decoder equipped locomotives have sneaked into the layout room in the past year. Below you will find lead-ins to the main pages of this section of my website. Enjoy! Whether you are modeling a rural branchline of Santa Fe as if it had been spun-off as a shortline, or Penn Central as it would be today were it not for that unfortunate bankruptcy business and Conrail, or the fictional Hoboken, Buffalo & Western - which just happened to occupy the same routes the ERIE used, there is a place for you in the P-FMSIG. There are neither dues nor club politics here, just plenty of model railroading FUN ! The P-FMSIG's resource pages are hosted here at RockyCrater.Org. Please follow the link below to reach them...
